Forging Tomorrow's Architectural Legacy
Look, we started Titan Forge Quintal back in 2016 because honestly, Vancouver needed something different. The whole cookie-cutter residential scene was getting old, and industrial spaces? They were basically being treated like afterthoughts.
We're not your typical suit-and-tie firm. Yeah, we do the blueprints and all that technical stuff - really well, actually - but what gets us out of bed is creating spaces that feel right. Spaces that work with how people actually live and how businesses actually operate.
Seven years in, we've designed everything from waterfront homes to manufacturing facilities that don't look like concrete boxes. Our thing? Mixing industrial honesty with residential warmth. Steel beams meet cozy corners. Function dances with form.
Based in Vancouver's design district on Homer Street, we're a crew of architects, designers, and visualization specialists who actually like each other. That helps when you're spending late nights perfecting a roofline or arguing about the perfect shade of grey (it's a real debate, trust us).
The principles we actually stick to, not just put on our website
We don't hide structural elements or pretend buildings are something they're not. If it's holding up the roof, let's make it beautiful. Materials should look like what they are.
Not just slapping solar panels on stuff. We're talking orientation, thermal mass, natural ventilation - the unglamorous things that actually slash energy bills for decades.
Gorgeous renderings mean nothing if the kitchen workflow's a nightmare or the warehouse can't fit your equipment. We design for actual human beings doing actual things.
The folks who make it happen
Senior Architect
Our building code wizard. James knows every Vancouver regulation backwards and can spot permit issues from a mile away. Saved us countless headaches.
Visualization Lead
Priya makes our concepts look real before we pour any concrete. Her 3D work is so good clients sometimes get confused during walkthroughs.
Sustainability Coordinator
David runs the numbers on energy performance and material sourcing. He's why our buildings actually perform as promised, not just in theory.
Whether it's a home renovation or a full industrial complex, we'd love to hear what you're thinking. No pressure, no sales pitch - just an honest conversation about what's possible.
