Every project's got its own story - here's some we're pretty damn proud of
West Vancouver, BC - 2023
This one was a real challenge - client wanted floor-to-ceiling glass but didn't want to feel like they're living in a fishbowl. Took us months to nail the angles and landscaping just right.
4,200 sq ft
Richmond, BC - 2022
Industrial doesn't have to mean ugly. We proved it here - 65,000 sq ft of functional beauty. The cantilever on the office section still makes me grin every time I drive past.
LEED Gold Certified
Kitsilano, Vancouver - 2023
Client said "make it bold" - so we did. Raw concrete meets warm wood interiors. Neighbors were skeptical at first, now everyone wants one.
3,100 sq ft
Gastown, Vancouver - 2023
Turned a century-old brick building into something that respects its past but lives in the present. The exposed beam work was a nightmare to preserve but totally worth it.
Whistler, BC - 2022
When you're building at altitude with that view, you better not screw it up. Every room frames the mountains differently. The heating system alone was an engineering feat.
5,800 sq ft
Surrey, BC - 2021
Started as a basic warehouse design, ended up being something that won us an award. Natural lighting was key - turns out workers are happier when they're not in a dark box all day. Who knew?
82,000 sq ft Net Zero Ready
Yaletown, Vancouver - 2023
Working with heritage buildings means playing by different rules. City was breathing down our necks the whole time, but we managed to keep the soul while adding modern livability. The original timber trusses are still there, just better.
Heritage Restoration
Mount Pleasant, Vancouver - 2022
Six townhomes on a narrow lot. Everyone said it couldn't be done well - we proved 'em wrong. Each unit feels spacious despite the footprint.
Burnaby, BC - 2021
Four floors of workspace that doesn't feel like a typical office. The central atrium brings in natural light to every level - no more depressing cubicle farms.
38,000 sq ft
Deep Cove, North Vancouver - 2023
Waterfront property means you've gotta respect the view and the environment. Every decision was about blending in while standing out - if that makes sense. The dock integration alone was a project unto itself.
Strathcona, Vancouver - 2022
Old printing factory turned into eight residential units. The bones were incredible - just needed someone to see the potential. We kept all the original steel columns and added warmth with local timber. Best renovation project we've tackled yet.
Adaptive Reuse
Point Grey, Vancouver - 2023
Built around a central courtyard for privacy in a dense neighborhood. The U-shape design means every room gets natural light and garden views.
New Westminster, BC - 2022
Small-scale industrial that actually looks good. Client makes custom furniture, needed space that's functional but also reflects the quality of his work.
South Granville, Vancouver - 2023
Streetfront retail that draws you in. The angled storefront was risky but it paid off - foot traffic increased by 40% after opening.
